Using the service

KaeloFlow is a Pro subscription product. New accounts include a 3-day free trial with full Pro access. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the app.

Billing

Pro is $24/month or $230/year, billed via Dodo Payments. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Trials are not charged unless you choose to upgrade.

Your content

You own everything you create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and display your content back to you and those you share it with.

Acceptable use

Don't use KaeloFlow to store or share unlawful content, or to abuse the service's infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Third-party integrations (Google)

If you connect Google Calendar, your use of that integration is also subject to Google's terms, and KaeloFlow's handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect the integration at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app.
