Data we collect
We collect the account information you provide (name, email) and the content you create on your canvases. We also store usage metrics needed to enforce plan limits.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to operate KaeloFlow: to render your canvases, power search and AI features you trigger, and manage billing. We never sell your data.
Security & isolation
Every workspace is isolated using row-level security so your content is only accessible to you and people you explicitly share with. Files are stored in access-controlled storage.
Your control
You can export your canvases at any time and delete your account, which removes your content from our systems. No lock-in.
Google Calendar data
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, KaeloFlow requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope. We use this access only to power the calendar feature you asked for: reading your events to display them inside KaeloFlow, and creating, editing, or deleting events on your behalf when you take those actions in the app (two-way sync).
- We store a Google OAuth refresh token and the events you sync, encrypted and isolated to your account, solely to keep your calendar in sync.
- We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties.
- We do not use Google user data to train, and we do not transfer it to, any generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model.
- You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the app, and you can revokeKaeloFlow’s access from your Google Account permissions. On disconnect or account deletion we delete the stored token and synced Google event data.
Limited Use disclosure
KaeloFlow’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
